      Hello there. i didn't find PDF file for God talks with Arjun by Paramhamsa Yogananda but you can read Bhagavad Gita by Saint Jnaneshwar. It's easy to understand as it is explained with lot of examples.

      Hello mam. if you want to get overall idea of Hinduism then you will find lot of books in pdf format on google.

      If you want to learn about Hinduism from philosophical and spiritual perspective then i would suggest you to start with Advaita Philosophy [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advaita_Vedanta]. You can not find maximum knowledge in Single scripture but i will suggest some concepts and main Scriptures that will help you. (1) Atman/Brahman/Paramatma (Nature of Reality) (2)Three levels of Reality (3) Two truth Doctrine (4) Three Bodies and Five Koshas/sheaths (5) Maya (Illusion) (6) Avidya (Ignorance) (6)Parichheda vada And Pratibimba Vada. (7) Orthodox and heterodox Schools of Hinduism [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_philosophy]


      After Understanding above concepts you can buy or download Prasthantrayi/Three sources and read them.
      1) Upanishads
      2) Brahmsutras
      3) Bhagavad Gita (Best for Beginners)
